Job summary

Alvita Care is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) or Personal Care Aides (PCA) in Bergen County, New Jersey to help seniors live safely at home. Join an award-winning agency with flexible assignments across New Jersey and weekly pay.

You must hold a valid HHA or PCA certification, provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or exemption, and complete a drug screening. RN oversight and 24/7 support accompany you on every case.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid HHA or PCA certification.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or an approved exemption.
• Current medical documentation and vaccinations (or willingness to obtain them).
• Complete a drug screening or Habituation Form.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs).
• Provide personal care and companionship.
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Under RN supervision, perform additional delegated tasks as appropriate.
