Right at Home North Dallas is urgently hiring compassionate Home Health Aides who want to make a real difference every day. You will provide personalized one-on-one care to help seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home.

We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, paid training, 24/7 office support, and benefits after 90 days for qualifying hours. Ideal candidates have at least one year of caregiving experience, a clean background, reliable transportation, and strong communication

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (facility or in-home care)
• Clean background check and drug screen
• Reliable personal transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Preferred: Valid driver’s license and car insurance

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offer medication reminders
• Support with bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
• Assist with ambulation and safe transfers
• Provide Alzheimer’s & Dementia care

Home Health Aide Primary Responsibilities
