Job summary

East Ridge Village is actively hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) for full-time and part-time positions. You will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse to support residents with daily living activities and health needs.

Responsibilities include ADLs, safety-focused care, and timely documentation. Qualified candidates should hold an active FL HHA certification; prior experience is welcome but not required. Benefits include PTO, health, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Must have an active HHA certification in FL.
• Experience with Home Health Aide roles preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Perform duties in accordance with facility and Federal/State standards.
• Assist RNs and LPNs with care tasks.
• Perform ADLs such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning.
• Maintain clean living conditions for patients.
• Complete reports and records in a timely manner.

• Perform all duties in accordance with facility and Federal and State standards.

• Maintain clean living conditions for patients.
• Make sure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS OF AN HHA:

• Must have an active certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA)in the state of FL
• Experience preferred, not required
