Job summary

CareBuilders At Home, Inc. is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide in-home support for clients, including help with activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. The role emphasizes companionship and maintaining client dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

The HHA will assist with light housekeeping, monitor health status, and accompany clients to appointments, working to improve quality of life and independence for individuals in need of home care services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• On-the-job training or certification for Home Health Aides preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist clients with light housekeeping tasks.
• Assist clients with meal preparation and nutrition monitoring.
• Monitor client health status and report any changes to the supervisor.
• Transport clients to medical appointments and errands.

Education
