CareBuilders at Home is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide in-home care for clients in Solon, OH. The HHA will support daily living activities and offer companionship.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, nutrition monitoring, and transportation to appointments. A high school diploma or GED is required; on-the-job training or certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Assist elderly clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Monitor health status and report changes to supervisor.
• Transport clients to medical appointments and errands.
• On-the-job training or certification for home health aides preferred.
