Job summary

Apploi is seeking a compassionate Male Home Health Aide to support clients in their homes, helping maintain independence and safety. Prior patient care experience is welcome but not required; the right attitude matters most.

You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, monitor changes, help with mobility, and perform light housekeeping, all while protecting privacy under HIPAA and respecting clients’ dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep.

• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.

• Ability to work independently while also communicating effectively with a care team
