Job summary

Giving Home Health Care in Oak Ridge, TN is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide in-home daily living and personal care under a physician plan. This 1099 contract role requires driving patients to appointments and supporting activity, with shifts 12:00 PM–4:00 PM or 1:00 PM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include executing care plans, documenting care, administering treatments, and coordinating with families and doctors.

Qualifications

• Current CPR, First Aid, and 2-Step TB Test.
• Prefer experience in a clinical care setting, home health preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Prolonged standing and walking required, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move patients.
• Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Communicates with family members, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health of patients.
• Performs other personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs.

We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) in the Oak Ridge, TN area to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan.

This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. The current scheduling needs for this position will be established between the HHA, patient, and case manager.

Shift: Monday through Friday 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Candidates need to be able to drive patient to doctors' appointments and help the patient stay active on a daily.

Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.

$16 - $18 an hour
