UEW Health in Iowa is seeking a Home Health Aide as a 1099 independent contractor to provide routine healthcare services in clients' homes. You’ll set your own schedule and work flexibly while delivering compassionate care under established care plans.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, meal prep, mobility support, light housekeeping, and reporting changes to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of state-mandated training hours, if applicable.
• Basic knowledge of computer and internet-based applications for charting.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Compassionate and professional demeanor, with safe working knowledge of client-based equipment.
• Must pass a criminal background check and provide evidence of health status that does not pose a risk to clients or other caregivers.

We’re seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide 1099 Independent Contractorto join our team. As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule while providing routine healthcare services in clients’ homes. This role allows you to design a work schedule that suits both your needs and those of your clients.
