Valley Home Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support clients in the comfort of their homes. The role prioritizes independence, safety, and overall well-being while delivering reliable care.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, providing companionship, monitoring health changes, helping with mobility, light housekeeping, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant confidentiality. Training can be provided, and flexible schedules help accommodate families.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care is helpful but not required.
• Strong sense of responsibility and compassion.
• Ability to follow care plans and HIPAA rules.
