HomeWell Care Services East Orlando is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide quality in-home care in East Orlando, Florida. Roles involve building meaningful relationships, flexible scheduling, and support from a dedicated office team.

Base pay starts at $18/hour with potential for incentives and mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for long-term assignments and full-time hours based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Current HHA or CNA certification is required.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• English communication required; Spanish-speaking/bilingual encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Help with meal prep and light house tasks.
• Observe and communicate changes in clients' conditions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, respectful home environment.

HomeWell Care Services East Orlando is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide quality in-home care.

Applicants must be able to speak, understand, and carry on conversations in English to communicate effectively with clients, families, and agency staff. Spanish-speaking and English-Spanish bilingual caregivers are strongly encouraged to apply, as bilingual communication is a valuable asset in providing personalized care and building trust with clients and their families.

Depending on client needs and availability, opportunities may include:

• One client in one home, where the assignment allows.

• Long-term and ongoing assignments.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay starting at $18/hour. Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, bilingual skills, assignment requirements, and client needs.

• Health Insurance Benefits with November open enrollment, subject to eligibility and plan terms.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current HHA or CNA certification.

• At least one year of caregiving experience; additional experience preferred.

• English communication skills; Spanish-speaking and bilingual caregivers are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and families.

• Reliable transportation and a valid Florida driver's license.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide required employment authorization documentation.

• Ability to pass a Level II background screening.

• CPR, HIV/Bloodborne Pathogens

• Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD) (Required Training)

  Employees must complete the mandatory:

  • ADRD Basic Written Information for Employees

  • Florida DOEA 1-hour ADRD training

  • 2-hour dementia training
