EmmUcare Home Health is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Home Health Aide to assist clients in Greensburg, PA. You will follow each client’s care plan, help with daily activities, and provide compassionate companionship to improve quality of life.

We value dependable caregivers who communicate clearly with clients and our office. Training is provided, and a supportive team helps you deliver consistent, respectful care in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Compassion, patience and respect for client privacy and preferences.
• Dependability and clear communication with clients and the office.
• Ability to perform assigned care duties safely with training and support.
• Reliable transportation to visits and smartphone for timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Follow each client’s care plan and assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support toileting and incontinence care while preserving dignity.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as directed in the care plan.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
• Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
• Report changes in a client’s condition or needs to the office.
• Record completed care tasks and clock in/out using our electronic visit verification system.

Pay, Scheduling, and Benefits

• Starting pay: $11–$13 per hour, depending on the assignment and approved offer.
• Biweekly pay.
