We seek reliable, caring individuals who can work across Falmouth and surrounding areas, maintain safety standards, and support seniors with daily activities, meals, transportation, and companionship.

Qualifications

• Reliable, caring caregivers who can travel throughout Falmouth and nearby Cape Cod towns.
• Clear reading, writing and spoken English required.
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment.
• Run errands such as grocery shopping.
• Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments.
• Remind or assist clients with medication.
• Plan and prepare meals with or without client involvement.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living needs.
• Offer companionship through conversation and engagement.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Report any unusual changes or incidents.
