Job summary

Endurance Home Care is hiring Per Diem Care Professionals to provide compassionate in-home support. You will offer companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and assistance with daily living tasks.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required for client outings and errands. Shift options include weekday, night, evening, and weekend schedules; competitive hourly pay with direct deposit is offered, plus holiday premiums and referral incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional caregiver experience.
• Valid driver's license and access to a car.
• Ability to lift weight and assist in transfers.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, and shopping.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Transport clients to errands and appointments.
• Reminders for medications and coordinating health notes.
• Follow care plans and report changes to the team.
• Support health appointments and attend monthly trainings.
