Job summary

Privatus Care Solutions in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to join our caring team. You will care for one patient at a time in a relaxed, unrushed environment and play a vital role in our clients’ wellbeing.

The schedule covers Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with premium pay at $20 per hour, paid orientation, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and weekly direct deposit. We welcome dedicated caregivers.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience as an HHA.
• HHA Certificate and Palm Beach County ID Badge.
• BLS Certified.
• Florida State CEUs completed.
• Recent physical exam indicating no communicable diseases.
• Recent PPD/QuantiFERON test or chest x-ray within required window.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Care for only one patient at a time in an unrushed environment.
• Provide essential home health support and companionship.
• Follow care plan and coordinate with nursing supervisor.
• Document care activity and communicate changes promptly.
