Job summary

Precision Homecare LLC is seeking CNAs/HHA to provide compassionate home health support in patients' homes in Methuen, MA. You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, and report changes to the clinical team.

Responsibilities include helping with grooming, mobility, meals, and light chores; transporting residents for activities; monitoring health status and medication responses; and maintaining safety and confidentiality in accordance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA or HHA certification.
• Fulfill and maintain continuing education credits as required by state.
• Must be willing to obtain and/or maintain current First Aid/CPR certification.
