As the Home Health Aide or CNA, you will provide patients with in-home personal care and designated health related services to maintain the patient's physical and emotional well being.

Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transportation
TX: Must have a minimum of one-year full-time experience in direct client care in hospital or nursing facility, OR one year full- time experience within last 5 years in direct client care in agency setting, OR documented completion of training and competency evaluation program with home health experience within the last 24 months, OR documented completion of competency evaluation program with home health experience within the last 24 months, OR nursing student with documentation from director of programs or the dean of a school of nursing that states that the individual is a nursing student who has demonstrated competency in basic nursing skills aligned with the school's curriculum, OR be on Texas Department of Human Services (DHS's) Nurse Aide Registry with no findings of client abuse or neglect or misappropriation of client property. Must NOT be listed on the Employee Misconduct Registry, been revoked on the Nurse Aide Registry, or had a criminal conviction as listed in Health and Safety Code Chapter 250
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
