Job summary

Care Right There is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide personal care, companionship, and homemaking services in client homes under the supervision of an RN. You will support daily living activities, monitor health changes, and participate in ongoing training to maintain high-quality care.

This role offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, and per-diem) and opportunities for advancement, with work throughout South Jersey communities and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CHHA Certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Clear background check and drug screening.
• Must be dependable, compassionate, and have excellent communication skills.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility support.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Light housekeeping including laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe environment.
• Meal planning, preparation, and grocery shopping.
• Assisting with ambulation, transfers, and prescribed exercises.
• Supporting independence while maintaining client dignity.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition to the supervising nurse.
• Attending company-provided ongoing training and continuing education (CEUs).

• Ability to safely lift up to 30 lbs and assist clients with mobility
