Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about providing high-quality care and supporting clients in daily living.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meal prep, and medication reminders while following each client's nurse-created plan.

We value compassion, reliability, and strong communication; a NJ CHHA license is required, and a valid driver’s license is preferred for flexible coverage.

Formación

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license (Required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Must pass background check and health screening

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
