La Casa Health Care is seeking a dedicated home health caregiver to join our team in La Crescenta. You will be supervised by a registered nurse or therapist, performing essential personal care tasks and documenting patient observations to support care plans.

This CNA/CHHA role offers morning shifts with flexible hours and both full-time and part-time options. CPR certification is required, and a driver’s license is preferred. Salary is hourly and commensurate with experience.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care.
• Self-directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
• Empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail, and impaired.
• Possess and maintain current CPR certification.
• Demonstrates tact, patience, and good personal hygiene.
• Licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with Organization requirements.
