Job Title: Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Private Duty. Location: Stuart and surrounding areas, Boca Raton, FL 33487.

Overview

Senior Care Solutions is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one, private duty care to clients in their homes. This role is ideal for caregivers who are passionate about helping others maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team
• Remind clients to take medications as directed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Document care provided per company guidelines

Qualifications

• Active HHA or CNA certification
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• 1+ year of caregiving experience preferred
• Experience with private duty, long‑term care, or home care a plus
• Ability to pass background screening and drug test
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
