Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide compassionate, in-home patient care under the plan of care. You will collect vital signs, document findings, and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and hygiene.

You will report any changes in patient status promptly and maintain meticulous notes. Qualified candidates will have at least one year of health aide experience and possess CNA/STNA or HHA certification, with a valid driver’s license and auto

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience.
• CNA/STNA or HHA certificate preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care.

As aHome Health Aide, you will be:

• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status

To qualify for aHome Health Aide with us, you will need:

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, preferred
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
