Job summary

EmmUcare Home Health in Benton, PA is seeking a compassionate caregiver/home health aide to help clients stay comfortable and independent in their own homes. You will follow care plans and assist with daily activities.

We offer flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, and opportunities for advancement. Biweekly pay and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k). Prior caregiving experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate, patient, and respectful of client privacy.
• Reliable and able to communicate clearly with clients and office staff.
• Ability to perform assigned care duties safely with training and support.

Responsibilities

• Follow each client’s care plan and assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support toileting and incontinence care while preserving dignity.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as directed in the care plan.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
• Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
• Report changes in client condition or needs to the office.
• Record completed care tasks and clock in/out using our electronic visit verification system.

What You’ll Do

Pay, Scheduling, and Benefits

• Starting pay: $11–$13 per hour, depending on the assignment and approved offer.
• Biweekly pay.
