Job summary

CareStaff, part of the Addus HomeCare Family, seeks compassionate Home Health Aides – Bath Aides to join our Home and Community Services team in Florida. Bath Aides will assist with bathing and activities of daily living in patients' homes, primarily Bath assistance and monitoring health needs.

We are urgently hiring in Pensacola, Milton, Pace, Gulf Breeze, and surrounding areas. Pay ranges from $15–$18 per hour, with benefits for full and part-time staff, plus training opportunities and 24/7

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide.
• Compassionate and caring personality.
• Ability to monitor vital signs and collect specimens.
• CPR and First Aid training.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Background check requirements per Florida standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living in patients' homes, including bathing.
• Monitor vitals and collect specimens as directed by care plans.

Home Health Aide - Bath Aide Requirements

• Proven working experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide
• Caring and compassionate personality
• Ability to monitor vital signs and to collect specimens
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Level II background check
• Current CPR certificate
• First Aid training
• Valid driver’s license
