Maximum Care, Inc. is recruiting a Direct Care Worker to join our team in the Lehigh Valley. We support the elderly, disabled, and participants with intellectual disabilities with compassionate, respectful in-home care.

We offer flexible schedules, mobile-app onboarding, and options for part-time or full-time work. Earn up to $19 per hour, with bonuses and advancement opportunities as you help clients maintain dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Care for the Participant and their property with dignity, patience, compassion and respect.
• Home assistance including light housekeeping, errands, transportation, medication reminders, meals, and personal care.
• Provide companionship and conversation to participants.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate must be able to care for our Participants and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect. Care for the Participant physical and emotional care due to illness, injury, disability, etc.

Home assistance – Provide light housekeeping, run errands, or provide transportation if needed. Accompany clients to appointments and assist/reminders with medications. Prepare meals, purchase food, and provide personal assistance with general living needs. Personal services could include toileting, bathing, feeding, and grooming.

Companionship – Provide companionship and conversation by stimulating, encouraging, and assisting an individual.

Requirements:
