Addus HomeCare in Delaware is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) to support seniors and others at home. The role emphasizes following a client care plan, performing personal care tasks, and contributing to a safe, clean home environment.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED or one year experience of in-home care services.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Follow a care plan/service plan for the client and report on completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, meal preparation).
• Provide routine house cleaning.
• Observe and report changes in client's condition as part of the health care team.
• Promote the company as the leading home care provider in the community.

We provide a range of services for seniors and people with disabilities so they may live independently in their own home.

If you have 75 hours of documented training from an accredited program, we have immediate openings.

Employment is steady and hours can be flexible to accommodate school, personal or family needs. With the recent growth of our office, Home Health Aides are able to work up to 30 hours or more a week. Newly graduated students welcome to apply!
