Job summary

S & S Home Health Care Agency in New Jersey is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to support clients in in-home care, helping with daily living activities and maintaining independence and dignity.

You will follow care plans, assist with personal care, mobility, light housekeeping and meal prep, while providing companionship. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you grow in a caring, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Certified HHA or equivalent training as required by state regulations.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks, etc.).
