Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care in Vernon, CT is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist clients with daily living, personal care, and companionship. You will follow a care plan, coordinate with families, and provide reliable, respectful support in clients' homes.

Candidates should pass a background screen, hold a valid driver's license with auto insurance, and have access to email and a mobile device. Prior home care experience is a plus, and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Good driving record.
• Prior home care experience a plus.
• Access to email and a mobile smart device.
• Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping.
• Meal preparation and transportation.
• Personal care (bathing, toileting) and companionship.
• Follow a plan of care and report changes to supervisors.
• Communicate professionally with families and your team.
• Other duties as assigned by clients and supervisors.
