NeighborHealth in Winthrop, MA, seeks dedicated in-home care staff for its PACE program. You will provide ADL/IADL assistance, work independently in minimally supervised settings, and may support the PACE Center as needed.
The role requires a high school diploma, HHA/CNA certification, and at least 1 year of elderly care experience. A vehicle is preferred; bilingual abilities are a plus, with a 4p–8p shift and a rotating weekend/holiday schedule.

Provides NeighborHealth PACE participants with in-home assistance with ADLs and IADLs. Must be able to work independently and efficiently in minimally supervised setting, problem solve effectively while recognizing when to seek advice from supervisory staff, and show respect and appreciation for the participant’s home, guests, and community. May be assigned to other supervised settings such as the PACE Center, on occasion and as needed.
4p-8p 5 shifts a week including every other w/e and holiday rotation
