Dazzle Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team in New Jersey. You will work one-on-one with patients in their homes, following care plans and delivering personalized, attentive support with a focus on comfort and safety.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, are detail-oriented, and enjoy building relationships with patients. Prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus.

Job Summary

You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role.
