Job summary

Join our dedicated home health care team serving North Raleigh and East Raleigh. We are seeking compassionate HHAs, PCAs, and CNAs to promote independence and dignity through in-home support.

You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, and coordinate with families and care teams. A valid driver's license, 1 year of home care experience, CPR/First Aid, and HIPAA confidentiality are required; lifting and equipment use may be needed.

A locally owned home care company is seeking compassionate, motivated, and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are committed to promoting independence, dignity, and well-being while providing in-home support for clients in the North Raleigh and East Raleigh areas. Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive personal care assistance, including helping with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Offer medication reminders and help with errands
• Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning to promote a safe and comfortable environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare teams to coordinate care plans and ensure client safety.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean background is required
• 1 year of prior experience working in home healthcare settings, nursing homes, assisted living facilities or with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Core skills: Home & community care, patient care, senior care
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate patient transfer equipment such as Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs when applicable
• Current CPR and First Aid certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) training is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to adhere to confidentiality standards under HIPAA regulations while maintaining patient privacy
