Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare provides compassionate, life-affirming in-home care across communities. We invite caregivers to join a national network of locally owned agencies and deliver meaningful non-medical support to clients in their homes.

We offer competitive pay of $20–$25 per hour, direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays, flexible schedules, and recognition programs to reward dedicated team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
