Job summary

S & S Home Health Care Agency is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our in-home care team, helping clients maintain independence and quality of life in the familiar surroundings of their own homes. You will assist with personal care, mobility, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and provide companionship, while following care plans and reporting changes to the team.
