Your Role as a Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA)

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential hands‑on care to patients in their homes while supporting the overall plan of care.

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene

Clinical Support

Qualifications

Required

• Completion of a Home Health Aide training program meeting Medicare Conditions of Participation
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to travel to patient homes throughout the day
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

• Previous home health experience
• CNA certification
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
