Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for per diem roles in East Northport, NY. Enjoy flexible 6–12 hour shifts with weekly pay and immediate case placement across Suffolk County.

Qualified candidates have active New York State HHA certification, at least one year of HHA experience, and are authorized to work in the United States. A driver’s license is preferred, with an onboarding process to get you started quickly.

  Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Provide personal care, grooming, and hygiene assistance
  • Offer medication reminders as directed
  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

  Qualifications

  • Active New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification required

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid driver's license preferred

  Required Health Documentation

  • Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
  • PPD or QuantiFERON test within the past 12 months, or chest X-ray within the last 5 years
  • MMR immunization documentation within the last 10 years
