Job summary

VillageCare is seeking motivated Home Health Aides for full-time roles in New York, NY. Shifts include 7:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–11:00pm, and 11:00pm–7:00am with weekend rotation. You will provide personal care per resident plans and assist with medications, while completing shift notes accurately.

Must reside in the NYTri-State area (NY, NJ, CT). Prior assisted living experience preferred. VillageCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe residents and report any changes to the supervisor.
• Support residents during shifts and ensure safety.

Calling all motivated, passionate HHA's who are looking for consistent schedules!

Full Time - $20/hr

Monday-Friday and Every Other Weekend

1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm

2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm

3rd Shift 11:00pm - 7:00am

Some of your responsibilities will include providing personal care services according to the resident's plan of care along with medication assistance. You will complete all resident documentation at the end of each shift in an accurate, concise and legible manner. You will also keep a close eye on the residents and communicate any changes to the supervisor.
