Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Kentucky is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to assist clients in staying independent at home. You will provide personal care, light housekeeping, and support with daily activities in clients’ homes, following care plans under RN supervision.

We offer flexible schedules in your city, part-time and full-time benefits, daily pay option, paid training, and travel time between visits. Join our team to deliver quality in-home care and improve clients’ day-to-day lives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of training under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Help clients stay in their homes by providing personal care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with tasks such as bathing, grooming, light housekeeping and errands as needed.
• Coordinate with the supervising nurse and caregiving team to follow care plans.
• Document care provided and report changes in client condition promptly.
• Respect client privacy and promote safe home environments.

• Minimum of one year training is required under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Training can be provided online if applicant does not have prior experience.
