S& S Home Health Care Agency seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide in-home care, assisting clients with daily living activities and supporting independence in their own homes.

You will follow care plans, monitor health status, and offer companionship, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care. We prioritize flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and a supportive team culture to help you grow in your role.

Formación

• Certified HHA or equivalent training as required by state regulations.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.).
• Perform light housekeeping duties and meal preparation.
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, and needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate client records.
