Job summary

Right at Home East Tennessee Foothills is hiring caregivers, PCAs and CNAs to help seniors stay independent at home. As part of our area’s leading home care team, you’ll provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes with flexibility and training.

We offer starting pay from $16 per hour, weekly or daily pay via Tapcheck, flexible schedules, health insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, paid training, mileage reimbursement, referral bonuses, and an EAP.

Qualifications

• 6 months of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping.
• Supporting mobility, transfers and daily routines.
• Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Ensuring clients receive compassionate, respectful care.
• Traveling to client homes throughout the service area.
