Ridgeview is seeking a Home Health Aide to deliver personal care and homemaking services to home care and hospice patients under RN supervision. You will document care, communicate changes, and perform tasks per the care plan in patients' homes.

Experience as a CNA on the Minnesota registry is required, with completion of Ridgeview's competency test within 30 days. A high school diploma is also required, with some shifts 4-5 days per week and weekend requirements.

Formación

• Certified Nursing Assistant and active on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry (grandfathered prior to 2014).
• Must complete Ridgeview Home Health Aide competency test within 30 days of hire.
• High school graduate or equivalent.

• Drives patients as requested and according to plan of care (Home Support only).
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education/Work Experience

• Certified Nursing Assistant
• Currently on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry or willing to complete the CNA curriculum and/or competency evaluation to become current on the registry
• On Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry (grandfathered prior to 2014)
• Successful completion of Ridgeview Home Health Aide competency test within 30 days of hire
• High school graduate or equivalent

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Certified Nursing Assistant and active on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry (Grandfathered prior to 2014)
• Successful completion of Ridgeview Home Health Aide competency test within 30 days of hire
• High school graduate or equivalent

License/Certifications

• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification
• Valid MN driver's license and meets Ridgeview's insurability requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous home care, nursing home or hospice experience

Compensation

Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation such as: the requirements of the position, experience, education, knowledge, and skills along with location and internal equity. Pay listed does not include any shift, weekend, or other differentials.

Employee works 4-5 days a week meeting FTE .6; Every third weekend. Most hours are between 8-5pm
