Job summary

Interim HealthCare is hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) in Fargo, ND. You will perform personal care and support for clients at home, including grooming, bathing, mobility assistance, and daily living activities, with a focus on compassionate care.

The role offers flexible part-time scheduling with day/evening/night shifts, on-call support, and opportunities for free continuing education credits. A CNA license or nursing school progress is preferred and a background check plus references are

• Six months' experience in a comparable care aide role.
• CNA license or completed first semester of nursing school.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR preferred.
• Background check required.
• Two professional references required.

Responsibilities

• The Home Health Aide provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients in their homes.
• Assists with hygiene, grooming, toileting, bathing and companionship.
• Provides help with shopping, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and socialization.

• The Home Health Aide is responsible for the tasks of personal care and incidental activities of daily living for clients of all ages in client homes.
• Providesaidefor client's hygiene, grooming and comfort needs, i.e.toileting, bathing, companionship
• Provideaidewith shopping, meal preparation, light housekeeping and socialization activities

Experience:

• Six months' experience in a comparablecare aidejob classification, current CNA license or completed first semester of nursing school
