Amada Senior Care North Shore is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team. The Caregiver will provide assistance to individuals in their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well‑being.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and escorting clients to appointments. Must have at least 1 year of experience, knowledge of HIPAA, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in assisted living or senior care environments.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Proficiency in caregiving techniques.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively.
• Familiarity with home care systems.
• Background in childcare, social work, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competence in meal preparation for special dietary needs.
• Valid ID and Social Security Card.
• Driver’s license preferred.
• Must be able to commute or relocate to the North/Western suburbs.

Pay
