Job summary

Addus HomeCare is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) throughout Delaware. With over 20 years of service, we support seniors and people with disabilities to live independently at home. If you have 75 hours of training, we have immediate openings.

Employment is steady with flexible hours and up to 30+ hours per week. Newly graduated students are welcome to apply! We offer benefits including a new hourly rate of $16.75, daily pay for select positions, travel time and mileage pay, vacation pay

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• HS diploma or GED or one year experience in-home care services.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan/service plan for the client and report on completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, meal preparation).
• Provide routine house cleaning.
• Observe and report any changes in client's condition as part of the Health Care Team.
• Promote the company image in the community.

Employment is steady and hours can be flexible to accommodate school, personal or family needs. With the recent growth of our office, Home Health Aides are able to work up to 30 hours or more a week. Newly graduated students welcome to apply!

Responsibilities
