Job summary

CC Rehab is seeking dependable Home Care Health Aides in Brighton, MI to provide exceptional client care and rehabilitation services. Candidates will help clients achieve independence and community inclusion through daily living activities and personalized care plans.

Both full-time and part-time positions available. Training is provided if needed; a valid Michigan driver�s license and auto insurance are required for travel between clients.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 6 months home health care experience preferred but we are willing to train.
• Certified Home Health Aide, preferred; not required.
• Must have a valid Michigan driver�s license as well as valid auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily care to clients and other customers with respect and dignity.
• Meets physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of each client.
• Promotes client independence in activities of daily living.
• Assists with basic activities: dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, eating.
• Assists with advanced activities: laundry, social interactions, recreation, housekeeping, meal prep and cleanup.

Home Care Health Aide ensure that clients of CC Rehab home health care programs receive excellent client care and rehabilitation services that will allow them to attain the highest levels of independence, self-esteem, and community inclusion possible, given the nature of their injury.This assignment is located in Brighton, MIFull-time and Part-time opportunitiesDay shift and night shift availableEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Provides fabulous every day care, every day to clients and other customers.Treats clients with the highest degree of respect and dignity at all times and assures that client rights are maintained.Meets the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of each client.Promotes clients' independence in activities such as but not limited to:Basic Activities: dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, eating.Advanced Activities: laundry, social interactions, recreation, financial management, housekeeping, meal preparation and clean up, community inclusion.Provides assistance and skill training to clients in basic and advanced activities of daily living in accordance with their assessment and treatment plans.Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years old.Minimum 6 months home health care experience preferred but we are willing to train.Certified Home Health Aide, preferred; not required.Strong communication, customer service, and documentation skillsExcellent work ethic and attendanceMust have a valid Michigan driver's license as well as valid auto insurance.Must have reliable transportation (use of own vehicle may be required).Experience with individuals with limited mobility is a plus.
