Caring Hearts Homecare in Boston, MA is seeking Home Health Aides for Per Diem positions in Dorchester, Roxbury and surrounding areas. You will provide in-home support to clients, help with personal care, and assist with health-related tasks.

Qualified candidates have HHA certification, a reliable car and valid driver’s license, and can document care on a computer. Perks include competitive pay and paid holidays. This role is part-time, per diem with in-person work.

Responsabilités

• Helps the patient maintain good personal hygiene.
• Assists in maintaining a healthful, safe environment for patients.
• Plans and prepares simple meals.
• Assists patients with basic health-related care needs.
• Encourages the patients to become as independent as possible and follow the aide care plan.
• Report any change in the patients' mental or physical condition.
• Performs routine housekeeping tasks related to a safe and comfortable environment for the patients.
• Attends and completes in-services as required by state and federal regulations.
