Right at Home in California is seeking Skilled Caregivers and Home Health Aides to join our in-home care team. We have immediate part-time positions and flexible scheduling to help clients stay in the comfort of their homes.

You will perform personal care, mobility assistance, meals, light housekeeping and accompany clients to appointments. English proficiency and a valid driver’s license are preferred. Join a locally owned franchise with strong training and support.

Qualificações

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Three years of caregiving/Home Health Aide experience in healthcare.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and insured automobile.

Responsabilidades

• Personal hygiene assistance (bath, grooming, skin, etc.).
• Ambulation/Transfers and mobility support.
• Assistance with eating, dressing, and daily activities.
• Meal preparation and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany to errands or medical appointments.
• Light housekeeping tasks (vacuuming, laundry, dishes, etc.).
• Medication reminders and basic care routines as taught by a nurse.
• Support with range of motion exercises and dementia care.

Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance, is seeking to hire Skilled Caregivers and Home Health Aides to join a dynamic care team providing clinical expertise in-home. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Personal hygiene (assisting to bathroom or in using a bedpan, bathing, care of mouth, shaving, skin, and hair)
• Ambulation/Transfers
• Eating
• Dressing/Shaving
• Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
• Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments.
• Performs housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroom

Performs patient-specific activities that are taught by a Right at Home nurse. These could include (but are not limited to):

• Medication reminders
• Assisting with the prescribed range of motion exercises
• Measuring and preparing special diets
• Understanding dementia care
• Incontinence care

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
• Three years of experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide in healthcare (in homes or facilities).
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and insured automobile

Compensation:

$18.00 per hour
