Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) / CNA to support clients in Apollo Beach, FL. The role focuses on compassionate in-home care and assisting with daily living activities.

Required certifications (HHA or CNA in Florida) and at least 1 year of home care experience. Reliable transportation is needed; AxisCare experience is a plus and can improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care and assistance to clients in their homes.

• Document care provided and communicate with supervisors.
