Job summary

Harmony Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. You will create and manage individualized plans of care, observing and communicating in the patient’s best interest with attention to detail and compassion.

You should possess nursing knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment.
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions.
• Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor.
• Rotating weekend on-call schedule.
