Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in mortgage lending is preferred.
• 1–2 years of successful sales or business development experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Active NMLS license is preferred; must obtain mortgage license.

Responsibilities

• Meet with buyer prospects to provide financial guidance and preapproval services.
• Sell mortgage options and set expectations for application and documentation.
• Build relationships with PulteGroup sales consultants.
• Develop partnerships with centralized operations teammates.
• Ensure smooth transitions from pre-contract activities to loan application with Mortgage Operations.
