Job summary

The Illinois Association of School Administrators seeks a qualified Home Economics teacher for grades 6-12 in Meridian CUSD #101, a rural district in Southern Illinois.

Applicants must hold a valid Illinois Teaching Certificate for grades 6-12 with endorsements in Home Economics. Salary will be set according to the district salary schedule and placement.

Qualifications

• This person must have a valid Illinois Teaching Certificate for grades 6-12 with endorsements in Home Economics.
• Experience teaching Home Economics to middle/high school students is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach Home Economics to students in grades 6-12.
• Develop and implement lesson plans and assessments aligned with district standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning.
