Job summary

Accendra Health is hiring a Delivery Technician to safely deliver, set up, and pick up durable medical equipment to patient homes across the Phoenix Metro area. You will educate patients on equipment use and ensure safe operation while delivering high‑quality customer service.

This on‑site role includes on‑call rotations, a stable schedule, and benefits. A driver training program is required, along with a valid license and one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of related work experience required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Completion of Apria Driver Training Program required.
• English reading, writing and speaking skills required.

Responsibilities

• Safely lift, carry and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 lbs as part of daily deliveries and setups.
• Deliver, set up, and pick up DME and supplies inside patient homes.
• Provide clear, compassionate, professional instruction on equipment use.
• Offer high level of customer service and support to patients who rely on this equipment for life‑sustaining needs.
• Load and unload equipment from the delivery vehicle.
• Respond to emergency delivery requests when needed.
• Complete delivery logs, pickup forms, and vehicle documentation accurately.
• Maintain supply components in patient profiles.
• Assist with equipment cleaning and minor repairs.
• Perform routine vehicle checks.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
